Nicholas Meyer, who directed Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (aka the real one), had not been a fan of the material before coming to the project. He was struggling to decide how he should handle it until he realized that it was basically Horatio Hornblower in space. Then, he said, he knew exactly how to proceed.
Then little 12 year old Mulder and Scully grew up in the HP!Alternative Universe and became Special Aurors working at the Department of Mysteries (or the Unspeakables, as they are also called), studying and solving cases related to the Chambers in there – Time, Space, Love, Death, Thought, etc. They investigate bizarre (even for magical world) cases involving magical and mythical creatures, misuse of Amortentia and Time Turners, cases involving mind controling and Potion Polyjuice (like the Bart Jr/Moody case, for example) etc and, of course, events of close encounters in the wizard world (because they totally happen in my opinion, but maybe wizards see them as just another kind of magical, sentient creatures…? hmmm.)
Besides being a Special Auror, Scully is also a Healer who worked at St Mungus for a couple of years before she joined the Ministry of Magic – some say, to debunk some of Mulder’s “nosensical theories”, including that one of Voldemort was raising again and the Ministry was hiding it / pretending it was only something out of the troubled mind of that boy, Potter.

au prompt: through their rookie goalie, chowder, the falcs discover Bitty and his baking and end up basically with the same obsession/arrangement as in the comic. then jack zimmermann gets traded to providence and he’s baffled by this random, really cute baker who’s been adopted by his new teammates.
bonus points if jack thinks Bitty is Chowder’s secret boyfriend for a good week or so

Ok this is SUPER quick and dirty, like threw it together in about 30 mins quick and dirty, but I didn’t want to finish the weekend without getting this drawn somewhere ha!
PS. It’s obviously based off the famous shot of Indy with the golden idol, but I felt it most necessary to open up Obi’s shirt way more because… you know, artistic license and stuff. C:

IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER, also I think this might be too much handsome for me? Like, Obiana Jones as a concept is already enough to give me a bit of the vapors, but OBI-WAN IN A TUXEDO, THAT HALF SMILE ON HIS TOO HANDSOME FACE, AND THE SWOOSHY HAIR.
I’m not sure I’m going to be able to handle this, IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE.
